Lovely location, near Riva, restaurants, palace, and beach. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great air-conditioning and powerful shower. Good communication and assistance from owner. Convenient for exploring Split attractions. Quiet area close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable bed.

quiet atmosphere, stunning location next to the port, main town, markets and also close to a laundromat and multiple supermarkets, the main busstation and the harbour. great facilities, such as a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment and a dining area.

We had a great stay at Nika in Split. the apartment is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the old town. We loved the vibrant and historic neighborhood of Varoš. the apartment was clean and cozy, exactly as it looks in the photos. Nika, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. She even met us and took us to the apartment. the room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, iron, hair dryer, electric kettle. We also appreciated the fast and reliable wifi. we highly recommend Nika for anyone visiting Split.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartment Nika in Split. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Old Town, Diocletian Palace, and great restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The highlight of my stay was the really good service from the owner, were pretty good to help me, even sending a late-night message to prevent me from getting a ticket. I had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment.

During my recent trip to Split, I had the pleasure of staying at Apartment Nika. Although I only stayed there for transit purposes, I found two aspects of this hotel to be particularly appealing. its proximity to the nearest airport, which was only 11 km away, was incredibly convenient. As a frequent traveler, being able to easily access the airport and minimize travel time is always a plus. It turned out to be the perfect size for our short stay, especially since we were a couple traveling together.

Despite the overall positive experience, there was one minor drawback during my stay at Apartment Nika. While the living room had air conditioning, which made it easy to keep the area cool, the same cannot be said for the bedroom.

Great location, very convenient for all attractions and shopping. The host and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly. They even gave us a gift when we left.

The apartment was small and a bit dark. The bedroom area didn't have air conditioning or a fan, so it was quite hot.

I must say, we got excellent value for our money at the lovely apartment in Split. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including powerful air-conditioning and a great shower. The location couldn't have been better, close to the Old Town, Diocletian Palace, and fantastic restaurants. But what really made our stay special was the extraordinary host. The lady was always ready to help, even sending a late-night message to save us from a parking ticket. We couldn't have asked for a better host and apartment. We had a fantastic time.
